I had an excellent experience with Paul Mitchell’s Air Care. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained the issue clearly, gave me fair pricing upfront, and had my AC running perfectly the same day. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend! Ivan did a great job fast and professional!

The employees at Paul Mitchell Air Care were wonderful from start to finish. Oliver came and inspected the ducts in my house. Thoroughly explained the options available to me. Eddie and Ely were amazing. They arrived promptly, identified themselves, explained what they were going to do, cleaned the ducts carefully and cleaned up after themselves!
would highly recommend this company for any of your heating & cooling needs!!

On time, polite, respectful of your space, honest and my house is really cool. They replaced our AC system. Paul Mitchell team has serviced our AC system for a few years now and I have never felt any pressure to buy something which is why we went to them in the first place after using the of the really "big names." We are completely satisfied.

Most "blowing warm air" calls are one of three things: low refrigerant, a failed capacitor, or a frozen evaporator coil. All three are repairs, not replacements, and most run $180–$420. We'll tell you which one it is within 20 minutes of arriving, and you'll have the flat-rate quote before we open a single panel.
Standard service calls run $89 dispatch, applied to the repair if you move forward. Capacitor replacement: $180–$280. Refrigerant recharge (R-410A): $250–$450 depending on volume. Compressor repairs vary widely, which is why we quote in writing. Anyone giving you a phone-only estimate without seeing the system is guessing.
Two rules. One: if your system is under 10 years old and the repair is under $1,500, repair it. Two: if it's over 14 years old, uses R-22 refrigerant (phased out and expensive), and the repair is over $1,200, replacement usually pays itself back inside 4 summers from energy savings alone. We'll do the math with you on-site, not push you either way.
Yes. Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, American Standard, Bryant, Mitsubishi mini-splits, and the off-brand units the discount installers put in 8 years ago. If it cools desert air, we've fixed it.
Call (760) 800-4384. Same number, 24 hours a day, 365 days. A real person picks up, not an answering service. If it's a genuine emergency (no cooling, indoor temp climbing past 85°, vulnerable family members), we dispatch. After-hours dispatch is $150 above standard rates and waived for maintenance plan members.
